Shipping & Production

How long will it take to get my order?

Each piece is thoughtfully crafted and printed just for you. Standard production and shipping typically take 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.

Bulk Ordering

Do you offer bulk orders for parishes or schools?

Absolutely. If you are equipping a parish community, youth group, or a specific ministry, please submit a Beatification Parish Bulk Ordering form found at the bottom of all the pages. We will contact you within 24hours about your request and how to move forward.

Can I personalize my bulk items?

Yes! We love helping you represent your local community. This option is reserved for apparel in the +FJS Signature Collection. You can add your custom parish name, city, and state. Please submit a Beatification Parish Bulk Ordering form found at the bottom of all the pages. We will contact you within 24hours about your request and how to move forward.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Because our items are custom-curated and printed efficiently to order, production begins very quickly. Please review your personalization details carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to catch it before it enters production.

How long will it take to get my order?

Each piece is thoughtfully crafted and printed just for you. Production and shipping for bulk orders can take 10 to 15 business days. To ensure your items arrive before September 24 place order by August 31st. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.

Sizing & Product Care

How do the clothes fit?

Our apparel lines—including our "Little Broadcasters" for infants and youth—feature casual, modern, and premium cuts. For specific measurements, please refer to the size chart graphic located on each individual product page.

How should I wash my apparel and stickers?

Apparel: To keep the prints vibrant and the fabric cozy, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and tumbling dry on low heat.
Stickers: Our Apostolic Identifiers are made from high-quality, durable, and weather-resistant materials, making them perfect for your daily essentials like water bottles, laptops, and journals.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at arodas@belenstudios.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to a different address than where it originally shipped from.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
